Born in Japan and raised in Wisconsin, John is a man of too many words. Spending his childhood watching movies with family inspired him to pursue a career in entertainment. After graduating from the University of Iowa, as well as spending some time renting cars in Iowa, he is now a TRF grad student at Newhouse. His goal post graduation is to become a writer for film and/or television.
